I have been reading Jose Villas’s book that he just released and I love his work.  His images are so beautiful with how he use the natural light and soft color in the images.

He has turned into a fine young man and has made many accomplishments in life. He just took his second year of law school exam.

On April 25th Danny was the first person to cross the finish line at the 25th Big Sur International Marathon. Daniel Tapia, 23, broke the tape at the finish line at about 9:15 a.m. with a race time of 2:26:09.
Daniel, along with thousands of runners, made their way up the scenic coastal stretch of Highway 1 from Big Sur to Carmel Sunday morning for the 25th presentation of the Big Sur International Marathon.
Tapia made history Sunday, becoming the first male winner at the Big Sur Marathon from Monterey County

Every year I take pictures of both of my kids, so I can see how much they have change every year.

I have to admit he is a good looking kid. I hope I don’t sound too bias. Right now Logan is the cool kid in school and everyone knows him. It is funny that he reminds me to highlight his hair when it grows out. He has to make sure he looks good all the time. Yep! That is my son, High maintaince! It is amazing how fast they grow up and someday they are going to be all grown up.

I showed up at their front porch and I fell in love with the layout of their house. They have a beautiful backyard with lots of greenery and an oasis pool, perfect for the hot weather. I had the opportunity to meet the family the first time and they were so friendly. I had a chance to talk with Oliver, and learned his fascination with spiders. After the portrait session, we headed to St Mary Church in Los Gatos, where Sasha was baptized. I had the opportunity to witness the baptism and experience how different the ceremony was from the Christian Church. Thank you Flor, Graham, Oliver & Sasha for letting me be a part of this.

Krisit and I made plans to bring the kids to the pumpkin patch , get them all dressed up in their costumes and take a few photos. What I did not expect, was for it to be so hot in Morgan Hill. It almost felt like July today. The kids had a great time going on the little train ride , running through the maze, and seeing the scare crows dressed up in different costumes. There are tons of activities for kids to enjoy. They have hay rides, trains, mazes, even a haunted house.I am just amazed that they went all out and made it the biggest pumpkin patch in California. Corbin looked so cute in his little lion oufit. What a happy little boy!
